
Although Jacob does not place a tremendous amount of importance
on specific ranks and/or certificates as a way to gauge the quality of an instructor, his credentials are listed here simply
to demonstrate his background in the areas he instructs.
Jacob began training in Kenpo Karate in 1980. Currently a 6th
degree black belt in Kenpo, he has been instructing for 24 years. He is a well known veteran of tournaments in state,
national, and world competitions. In addition, he has also studied the arts of Escrima, Blade Combat, Ground Fighting,
Reality-Based training programs, and Defensive Firearms applications. He instructs men, women, and children, ranging
from ages 4 to 70, including Law Enforcement, Military, Corrections and Security personnel.
