are offered throughout the week, Tuesdays - Saturdays, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Class Descriptions:
Beginner Class - This class is offered
for individuals who are at the white or yellow belt level.
Intermediate Class
- This class is offered for individuals who are at the orange, purple, or blue belt level.
Advanced Class - This class is offered for individuals who are at the green, third
brown or second brown belt level.
Black Belt Class - This
class is offered for individuals who are at the first brown or black belt level.

Group
Classes - These classes are open self defense and training classes. All ranks are allowed to attend.
Little
Dragons Class - This class is offered for our 4 - 7 year old students, at white and yellow belt level.

Classes - These classes offer various topics including; strength workouts, weapons applications, ground
fighting, armored assailant reality based training classes, and short term non-traditional self defense courses.
